I work full time 9-5 in the office Monday - Thursday and work from home on friday. I have an hour lunch break where I go home most days. I am flexible with when I can go home to check on them.

My dogs are friendly but territorial of the coach and our room. We have a 3 bedroom house with a loft and garage as well as a yard. We have the ability to seperate animals if need be. I also have a camera in the house where I watch them.

A typical day
I live near trails and in a very dog friendly neighborhood. There are walking trails all over where I like to take my dogs on walks. There are also small dog parks in the neighborhood. I like to turn on dog tv and dog music for my dogs when I am away.

Experienced dog owner and foster mom! I have owned different size and breed dogs from a young age. I have also volunteered for rescues and currently volunteer as a foster with two local Charlotte organizations. I prefer small dog breeds for boarding as I have three small dogs (chihuahua mix, dauchund Spaniel, and Pomeranian papillon mix). I don’t mind going to do house visits and walks for larger dogs! I am active so I do not mind long walks or play time.

Alex is such a lover of all animals! I can recall the moment she became a dog owner. The joy she had on her face - matchless. She is more than capable of showing anyone’s pet the love and care they need. She’s responsible and trustworthy as well. On a personal level, I was lucky enough to lead Alex at a previous company where we worked together. She was professional and poised, but never unapproachable. It was like she never met a stranger! Everyone she encountered felt her kind heart and fun spirit. To me, she became more than a colleague, but a great and dear friend. I would trust her with anything in my life.
We had the pleasure of working with Alex as our cat sitter and she was truly exceptional! Our cat, Banks, adored her. Alex's punctuality, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals made us feel at ease while we were away. We especially appreciated the photos she sent us during each visit, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and content Banks was in her care. In addition to her exceptional pet care skills, Alex was a pleasure to communicate with. She was always responsive, professional, and accommodating to our schedule.
