I was asked to help my older sister train her Rottweiler to help her listen to commands should my sister have kids of her own. I took that experience and applied it to our family's dogs a few years later taking on primary responsibility for our new dogs and have always appreciated the uncomplicated love from pets.

My family's dog is less accepting of new friends then some others, so if I am hired I'd be following any routines or requests from the owners with some small adjustments to take care of the responsibilities I have at my own home.

Alex was amazing. My pup, Nova, requires more patience than most dogs, and I’m thankful we found Alex to take care of her. She’s reactive to mostly everything, and he was open to meeting her weeks before my trip to get her comfortable with him. He also took good care of the house!

Schedule
I work third shift five nights a week. I am able to work my usual job and assist with pets on my end without any difficulties. Occasional responsibility at my own home depending on doctors visits, club meetings, band performances and more but those are much less regular.

- Id be comfortable with most standard dog car duties from sneaking pills into a bit of cheese or peanut butter or what have you, though anything much more then that id be less experienced than I'd prefer. Happy to work with a more reactive dog as long as it seems to be OK with me in specific.
