I am currently a student at Cal Poly Humboldt and I have a lot of breaks in my class schedule. For house sitting, I would only be out of the house for 2-4 hours at a time for classes on weekdays and would be able to stay all day on weekends. My schedule is also perfect for drop ins and potty breaks.

A typical day
I would love to play with your dog or cat — both indoors and outdoors (if that is allowed/there’s space). I would take them on nice long walks, play with toys, and also work on any training that they are working on!

Pet care experience
I have been surrounded by animals for most of my life and I love to help them live their best lives! I studied pre-veterinary biology for two years, so I know about the science behind animals as well as understanding their basic care and needs. I am very good at matching the energy level of any animal and I have a special passion for exotic animals (but of course I love dogs and cats too!). I am experienced in giving medication and I do not shy away from cleaning up any and all messes that they may make.

Alex stayed with our dog and two cats for almost a week. She was a fantastic communicator and we arrived home to a clean house and happy fur babies. Grateful to Alex and hoping she’ll pet sit for us in the future 🐾
Alex is FANTASTIC. Would highly recommend. My partner and I had her house sit and take care of our big dog (who can be reactive) while we were away and she did amazing. We got daily updates, pictures of their adventures, and the house looked incredible when we got back. We will definitely be hiring her again!
Alex was a great sitter. Very smooth communication and she went above and beyond. Enzo was very happy and relaxed when I got home, house was clean and tidy. I will definitely book again!
