I am available every day of the week, with the majority of my time spent at home and around my neighborhood. I drop my children off in the mornings to either camp or school, and do pick up in the afternoons. As long as I can work around those pick ups and drop offs, I'm available!

I have a fully fenced yard and a large, pet-friendly house (non-smoking). I have a neutered boxer mix named Hank who we rescued back in 2022 in Albuquerque, NM. Hank is very friendly, energetic, and curious and always enjoys playing with a new friend.

Please let me know if your dog doesn't do well with other animals or small children, as I have both! My children love dogs and understand what dogs like/do not like, but it's better to know up front so I can plan ahead.
A typical day
My favorite activity is taking your dog for a walk. I'm happy to go as slow (smells!) or fast (get the zoomies out!) as your dog prefers. My neighborhood is large with lots of different paths to take, things to check out, and other people and pets to say hi to along the way. I also have a large fenced backyard they're welcome to explore and a big screened in porch to relax on if it's not too hot.

Hello! My name is Alex and I have had a dog (or two) my entire life. Right now, Hank is my main man. He's a boxer mix I rescued in Albuquerque, NM in 2022. We think he's 5 or 6, so let's go with 5! I love all animals and I love being active so your pet is sure to have the best walk and/or playtime hanging with me. I'm a very reliable, attentive, and trustworthy person and pet owner and I promise to make your life (and your pet's) all the easier by taking the stress out of being away from home. I currently work from home so I can give your pet all the time and attention they deserve. I promise your pet will return safe, happy, and ready to play with me again :)

Alex and her sweet family took wonderful care of our 8 year old Beagle. He was living his best life, getting plenty of love, naps on the back porch, and playing with the family. She sent us lots of pics to keep us in the loop which our boys loved to see while we were away. I would highly recommend Alex and will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Alex is extremely responsible and trustworthy. She has always taken great care of my dogs, giving them good long walks and plenty of couch snuggles. She helped take care of my puppy and my senior black lab.
Alex is a compassionate animal lover but is partial to dogs. She would be an asset to the Rover community, extremely punctual and trustworthy. I believe all pet owners would love to have someone like Alex care for their pets. She will go above and beyond what it takes to make the pets and owners comfortable when they are in her care.
