No issues good service
Alex was polite, but the overall experience fell short of what I was hoping for. I was clear that I wanted regular updates and photos, but I rarely received them, and only after asking - he never proactively shared how things were going and had excuses for why he couldn’t share more. My dog is very high-energy and needs play and exercise, and I didn’t get the sense that much of that happened during the stay. On top of that, I wasn’t informed in advance that the sitter had a cat. It wasn’t an issue for my dog as he’s friendly with other pets, but I think that’s important information for owners whose dogs may not do well with cats. Overall, I didn’t feel like my dog was cared for in the way I expected.
Alex did a terrific job! Parker came home well cared for and happy.
Alex was great. He was very accommodating and willing to help, as this was a last minute request.

I work from home will be able to give lots of love all day take them for walks play in backyard just be there for them.
