Alex was so good with our kitties! They took to him almost instantly which made me feel much better about leaving them in his care. There was a slight misunderstanding about his availability, we wanted someone to do overnights but he was only available for drop-ins. He came over twice a day, and really took the time to hang out with the cats, play with them and give them cuddles and plenty of treats. He took excellent care of my indoor plants as well, which usually don't fare so well when we're away. He sent me daily photos and updates which I really appreciated, and I could tell that the cats thoroughly enjoyed their time spent with him. Being owned by a cat himself he really seems to understand cat's needs and energy and also the anxiety involved in leaving them to go on trips. Thanks to Alex I didn't have to worry because I knew my kitties were safe and getting sufficient attention. Sometimes they hide from the housesitters, but not so in Alex's case! We returned home to happy plants and well cared for cats! Would definitely use Alex again even if he can't do overnights because the peace of mind is more important! Thank you Alex for taking such good care of our kitties!
Alex communicated in advance before our drop in visit which put our minds at ease. He sent photos of Hank and him having a great time. :) We’ll surely book him again in the future!
I’ve had Alex house sit for me a handful of times and it has always been a positive experience. He takes great care of my cat and dog when I’m out of town. The communication is excellent and he makes sure we’re on the same page when it comes to the pets’ specific needs. I know he does a great job because when I come home, the pets seem relaxed and happy! I know I can always trust Alex to care for my pets (and house) while I’m away!
Alex is someone who would be a great fit to pet sit. He is responsible and caring to all animals he is around. He has watched my dog multiple times and when I would pick him up, he always looked happy and well taken care of. Anyways he would be a great option for anyone looking for a pet caregiver.
