Alex seemed really nice and answered all questions, which was very helpful. However, I really just didn't have a good feeling when leaving my dogs here. I boarded my 5 month old goldendoodle and 3 year old lab pit bull mix for 2 days (~48 hours). I don't have any insight into how much time the dogs spent in vs. out of the crate, which would be helpful to know. There seemed to be a very large number of dogs crated in the home when I arrived and they were all barking when I rang the bell. There was confusion about the drop off and pick up times. We were told one of the dogs had diarrhea in the crate during the stay. She continues to have diarrhea and both dogs drank about 3 bowls of water shortly after returning home. This is somewhat normal behavior when returning from a doggy daycare, but usually not to this extent. I was sent a couple pictures after asking for an update, and I did see they were able to use the zip line in the backyard. I'm not sure if they received walks, and again, if they spent the entire time in the crate. It is difficult to determine the quality of care they received when they were here, but based on the environment, the number of dogs, and the mix up with drop off/pick up times, it seemed a little unorganized.

Alex is so friendly and sent me daily updates. The pics she took of my dog were so cute and adorable. He looked happy in the videos she sent and came back home in one piece. I’m satisfied!
