Alex took amazing care of my dog Bane while I was in Mexico for a week. When I left, my dog was dealing with a hot spot on his face, and I was really worried about how it would be managed while I was away. Alex went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and healing properly. She kept the area clean, made sure he didn’t irritate the wound, and gave him so much attention and care. It was clear she was paying close attention to his condition and truly cared about his well-being. She also kept me updated, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was traveling. I’m incredibly grateful for the extra effort Alex put in, especially with a medical issue involved. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive to care for their pet.
