Trustworthy dog carer
Hello, I’m very much looking forward to meeting new dogs and other pets on Rover. I have grown up with dogs and have always looked after pets of family members and friends before working on Rover from October 2022. I have 10 years of secondary school teaching experience including enhanced DBS check. I work part time as a teacher so I can generate stable income around doing what I really love - working with animals. Your pet will be well looked after in my care so please do not hesitate to contact for further information.

Alex is a lovely sitter! She has known Tuesday since he was a teeny puppy and has always taken such good care of him - and he is always over the moon to see her :) Alex is flexible, communicative and completely reliable. We always appreciate her!
I was so appreciative of Alex being able to help with a last minute request when I got called into the office! She clearly brightened Tuesday's afternoon and had great communication throughout her drop-in visit. We'd always recommend Alex as an excellent sitter.
Alex is amazing with both our cats. It’s been great having her when we are away or out knowing that they are so well looked after. We originally asked Alex to look after our older cat but when we got another kitten we were so lucky that Alex is able to handle the challenges of an adult cat adjusting to living with a kitten and a lively new kitten getting using to the family dynamic. We can’t thank Alex enough, thanks so much!

Alex was brilliant at looking after our cat while we were away. She sent some lovely photos and sent us a quick update every day so we knew layla was OK and well looked after.

Schedule
I currently work in school Mondays and Thursday during term time. Therefore, I have plenty of time to give to looking after your pets around those hours. Outside of work I live a fairly slow paced life style so I can fully devote my time to making sure your pet always leaves my care happy.

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my partner in my cosy home with a private fenced garden. I also live within short distance to three local parks. I always treat other peoples homes with a high standard of respect and cleanliness which I treat my own home with.
A typical day
I am very affectionate and love to give all the cuddles and strokes your pet desires. There’s many parks and woodland near my home with the obligatory game of fetch.
