My name is Alex. Big-time animal lover (of all kinds)! Even volunteered with wildlife for a couple years following graduation from my Environmental Studies program at UCSB. Now that I work mostly with people, I need to get my animal fix in whenever I can. ---------------------------------------------------------- I am good with walking more than one dog at a time, very communicative and punctual. I got my start by walking with Wag years ago and have a flawless 5-star rating on there as well, but have fully moved to Rover :D. You will always get your money's worth with me! Not currently able to offer any boarding services, but would LOVE to pet sit or check-in on your pet in your home! Love walks as well :) ---------------------------------------------------------- Just RE-OPENED accepting new sitting clients :D Overnight sittings standard: pups not left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. If your animals need "Constant Care," let me know and we can discuss. There is no option to post that fee schedule here on Rover, but it would essentially be calculated as an extended drop-in. i.e. Drop-in pricing for the first 30 minutes of Constant Care, then add $10 for each additional 30-minute period thereafter. Essentially $20/hour following the initial drop-in cost (before fees). ---------------------------------------------------------- **Please note, the rates you see on any Rover sitter's profiles include a 39% mark-up by Rover that we will never see. They take a substantial amount from us, and then also charge the pet parents a fee on top of that**

I want to follow as closely to whatever your pet(s) normal routine is. We can discuss during a meet and greet and/or with a detailed note from you. Your pet(s) will feel comfortable since we are sitting in their favorite place, their own home!

Alex is an absolute gem! My dogs love her & I can relax knowing they’re in good hands. She recently stayed with my two dogs while I was away on a two week vacation. Alex stayed in communication & sent pics daily. We came home to happy healthy dogs & a clean home. Thank you so much Alex!!
Alex did a fantastic job house sitting & taking care of our two pups. She was communicative & sent lots of pics. We came home to a clean house & happy dogs. We will definitely use her in the future!

We had the pleasure of having Alex stay with my best friends, Lucy and Emma this past weekend. She did a phenomenal job. Very kind, great communication and the house was cleaner than I left it! She sent frequent updates and photos. I would definitely hire her again!!!! Great job Alex!

Schedule
I am working part-time mostly from home and have a very flexible schedule. What you are getting when you book with me is my ability to be there most of the time and overnight, not just drop-ins. I do have my own life and wellness to keep up with haha, but it is possible there will be some days I may not even leave at all!
