Let your dog have a vacation too!
My wife and I live in Sanford and we love dogs. I am a property manager and she is a teacher. In 2023 we brought 2 new puppies into our home. We have two sons that are young, so it is important that your pups are good with kids. Our older son loves to run wild and play with the dogs, and our younger son loves to cuddle and love on dogs, so what ever personality your dog has, they will get lots of love. Having a mother with pet allergies meant that I couldn't have dogs growing up. But the summer before my senior year in high school though, one of my brothers brought home two beagle puppies that needed a home and we were able to convince my parents to keep them. I loved my beagles very much, and missed them when I went off the college the following year. Needless to say, I am always excited when a beagle comes to visit. Regardless of breed though, we love all dogs and enjoy getting to know and care for our furry friends. Please note: I you elect to request a sitter pick up and drop off of your fur baby please know the cost may be adjusted depending on the distance from our home.

We are so grateful for the care and compassion our Alex showed. He is incredibly understanding, patient, and attentive to our dog’s needs and us lol which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and photos that clearly showed how happy and comfortable our Max was. It’s obvious he truly loves animals and treats them like family. We would absolutely trust him again and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.

This was my first experience with Rover. Alex and his 2 sons were great with my dogs. Alex and his 2 dogs have a calm presence which is great for my excitable dogs. I received many consistent texts, photos and videos to let me know how they were doing. Alex was flexible with the drop off and pick up which I really appreciated.
Alex was amazing with Miller and Moose! They came back super tired and well taken care of. Alex and his family sent great updates of them and I can tell they were treated as a member of their family :) Will continue to use Alex when he and his family are available!
Very kind and Tor had a great time with him and his dogs!

Dates de la garde
We have regular Monday through Friday 8 - 5 jobs so we schedule drop-offs and pickups in the morning or evening. I work very close to home and come home during lunch to let the pups out but prefer not to do meet ups at that time.

I have two young pups who love to play. In 2024 we fenced in the yard to give the dogs, and the kids, some more freedom to play. I gave up trying to keep dogs out of the bedrooms haha. The kids always want them to sleep in their room but much to their displeasure the dogs always want to sleep where I am.

Your dog will mainly be in our home or relaxing outside. Our neighborhood has minimal traffic, so they will enjoy walks when it is not too hot.
