Not only do I have my own pets that I adore, but I have also cared for the dogs, cats, and pet bunnies of family and friends since 11 years old. I get along well with all animals I meet, as I believe patience is key to getting to know a pet. It is vital to make them feel safe so they know they can trust you! With each pet I have worked with, I first work to establish trust. Once this starts, I love engaging in whatever activities they enjoy, whether it's lounging around, going on a walk to the park, or having an intense game of tug-of-war. I am very punctual with feeding, as routine is vital for all pets. Each pet is unique, so it's super important to be flexible to meet their needs!

Alex is a caring, reliable, and responsible pet sitter. I have a very anxious 55 lb. 6-year-old dog (mixed breed), a cranky 13-year-old calico cat, and a skittish and rambunctious 1 year old kitten (born feral, we found her very young, so she doesn't have the best manners). They all love Alex. My dog gets excited every time Alex comes over and even looks out the window for his car if we mention his name. Alex is always respectful of our home when he does sleepovers with our pets and takes the responsibility of caring for our pets and home very seriously. Alex is good about sending updates and pictures of our pets when we're out of town. I highly recommend Alex for your pet sitting & dog walking needs.
Alex is a great dog sitter! He has done house sitting and drop-ins throughout the years, including last minute notices which has been a life saver for me and my last minute changes in work schedules. My dog requires very specific dietary and medicine needs, which he has always been able to follow. He also spends great quality time with my dog outside, sending photos and videos as updates. Now when my dog sees him, she gets very excited and it's so relieving to know my dog is in good hands. I know when I'm going to be away from home, Alex is the first person I think of to take care of my dog!

Schedule
I currently work part-time at Target, so my schedule tends to be a bit open! Most of my hours are in the afternoon or evening, so I'm available for morning walks and checking in at night! I'll update this if my schedule changes.
