Animal enthusiast who loves to help
I've taken care of animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm so I have extended experience with horses, goats, cows, dogs, and cats. I regularly watch a friend's cats when they are out of town. I can feed, bathe, administer oral or topical medicine, walk, and play with pets. I currently have 1 elderly dog that is docile and friendly. I am able to care for senior dogs and dogs with additional needs or medical needs as I have experience through my own as well as caring for others' animals.

My dog truly family. She allowed on furniture and supervised play in our open yard. She loves sunbathing and playing with toys. I can, and am used to, administering medicine on a schedule. I am a long distance runner so long walks and extended play time is no issue at all! The following is a look into our daily life. We begin the day with a walk before food and medicine. We play outside and sunbathe around noon. In the later afternoon we go on an extended walk/run followed by food and medicine. Before bed we always play with her and take her out before bed. At night she often needs to go out multiple times a night so I take her whenever I hear her cues.

Alex is amazing with animals and was great with my dog daisy. I have a 2-year old mountain feist that still has a lot of energy and Alex was able to give her the exercise and attention that she needed while I was away.

Went above and beyond taking my dog on a walk and spending some time with him and our cats.
Alex is very good with my cats. One is friendly, while the other is shy, so Alex waits and let the shy one get used to them and never pressures the one to give affection. Alex is also great with my neighbors dog. All around, Alex is loved by animals and loves them as well!
Alex is responsible, trustworthy, and professional. Alex takes their work seriously and as a result, is easy to count on. Not only does alex have a good work ethic, they have a genuine love and consideration for all living things. There isn't another person that I'd trust more to take care of my animals!

Schedule
I am currently saving up for my unpaid internship in music therapy. I am extremely available. My only obligations are one class on Monday's and Friday's. All other times of the week I am looking forward to helping others care for their furry loved ones.
