I've taken care of animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm so I have extended experience with horses, goats, cows, dogs, and cats. I regularly watch a friend's cats when they are out of town. I can feed, bathe, administer oral or topical medicine, walk, and play with pets. I currently have 1 elderly dog that is docile and friendly. I am able to care for senior dogs and dogs with additional needs or medical needs as I have experience through my own as well as caring for others' animals.

My dog truly family. He allowed on furniture and supervised play in our open yard. He loves sunbathing and playing with toys. I can, and am used to, administering medicine on a schedule. I am a long distance runner so long walks and extended play time is no issue at all! The following is a look into our daily life. We begin the day with a walk before food. We play outside and sunbathe around noon. In the later afternoon we go on an extended walk/run followed by food. Before bed we always play with him and take him out before bed. At night he will get up and walk to the door to go out. Since I am a light sleeper I am able to wake up for him.

Alex was absolutely wonderful with Milo! She was so reliable, communicative, and took such great care of him while we were away! She sent us updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of love and attention. She also took great care of our house and left everything exactly as we left it. She even went above and beyond and stripped the bed she slept in while she was here and put it in the washer for us🥹 she is so sweet! When we got home, Milo was clearly very happy and well taken care of! We felt completely comfortable having Alex stay with him and would love to have her watch him again.
Alex was very nice and our pups loved her! She gave them lots of cuddles and quality time, and took such good care of everything else while in our home. Checking on our outside cats, watering some plants, even stripping the bed when she left. Would definitely book with her again!
Alex is so awesome! My cat is skeptical of most humans and can be quite feisty, but Alex was SO good with her from the first time they met. She was responsive to my cat's needs and didn't make her nervous or overwhelmed. She was great at administering meds and I felt so much more comfortable leaving for a week when I knew Alex was dropping in every day and checking on my cat - and my house! She's a true animal lover and even sent me photo updates of the bird nests on my front and back porches! I would definitely book with her again and recommend her to everyone!

Alex is amazing with animals and was great with my dog daisy. I have a 2-year old mountain feist that still has a lot of energy and Alex was able to give her the exercise and attention that she needed while I was away.
Alex took great care of Daisy & she will be walking again soon!

Schedule
Rover is my job and source of income. I am extremely available. My only obligations are doctor appointments that are not able to be online. All other times of the week I am looking forward to helping others care for their furry loved ones.
