A typical day
I strive to listen to what makes each cat or dog uniquely happy in their home or on their walk. Based on each pets requirements, I will make sure they have been properly exercised with as many elements of fun as possible. I am happy to incorporate toys, tricks, runs, swims, even treats if it's okay!

Hello! My name is Alex and here is a little bit about my experience: While I have been pet sitting for as long as I can remember, I have about a decade of dedicated care. I have spent the 3.5 years as a veterinary assistant/technician and recently left the field to pursue non-profit work. However, I am still excited to be pursuing pet sitting within San Francisco and weekly volunteering at Muttville as my dedication to animals is still as strong as ever. I have experience in fear free handling, medication and IV fluid administration, animals with disabilities, senior pets, and puppies/kittens. While I do work during the day, my job is flexible and I am available for morning and evening drop ins, overnights, and house-sitting, based on your preferences. I hope to meet you and your pet soon!

Alex was an outstanding sitter for our 12 year old dog Dakota! She gave lots of updates, kept our house very clean, and most importantly Dakota clearly loves her. We will absolutely book her again when we need a sitter!
Alex is an excellent sitter! She so clearly loves animals and was so gentle and patient with my shy cat during drop-in visits. She was also very communicative and sent lots of photos and videos. I would definitely recommend!
