I do work a lil under full time but that doesn’t take away from the care I am able to provide. My schedule is constant through out the week and frequently changes on the weekends. I work 10am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As for the weekends, I typically work around 4-5 hours on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Your pets safety and happiness is my top priority! I provide all the care and love that I would want for my kiddos. Anything I can do to make them more comfortable, I’ll do it! We do have 1 dog and 1 cat that live in the house, so I ask that any dog that comes into our home be friendly and socialized. Our cat, Midnight, does stay to himself as he is older and doesn’t want to be bothered. Trippie, our dog, is on the younger side and loves to play, but also very good at matching energies. If your dog wants to play, he’ll want to play. If they like to lay around, he’ll do the same! When it comes to my home, I live in a two bedroom apartment that’s fairly big with lots of parks close by. In the house; *lots of toys *fresh water everyday or more often if needed *large and small dog beds *first aid kit specific to their needs *one ingredient treats *allowed on furniture *can puppy proof if needed *can feed in separate rooms in need I do ask that for any dog staying in my apartment they be up to date on the following vaccines; (I will require proof) *Rabies *DA2PP *Bordetella

Information Alex A. would like to know about your pet
Is there anything important to note? For example; • Do they have any medical conditions I should be aware of? If so, do they take medications or require a certain level of activity? • Any allergies or sensitivities? • What do you avoid with your dog? Crowds or people, other dogs or animals, stairs, certain toys or chews, car rides, etc.? • Do they have any triggers or stressors that I should be aware of? • What are their favorite places or things to do? • Are they allowed on couches and/or beds or do you prefer them to stay off furniture? • Is there any training your working on you’d like me to continue? • Specific commands or ways to correct and redirect their attention? I want to know anything and everything about your kiddo to make sure they have the best time at my house. The more info the merrier!
A typical day
I’m open for it all! Does your dog have a favorite activity or place to go? If so let me know and I’ll be sure to incorporate that in our time. I live close by to a lot of parks and open spaces, there’s even a state park near by! I’ll also never turn down a chill day inside, if you have a pet that requires limited physically activity or if they prefer to stay in that’s not a problem at all!!

Pet care experience
I recently moved to the area with my boyfriend and our 2 boys, we have 1 dog and 1 cat! They are my kids and I treat them as such and same for yours! I can provide all the love, time and attention you would ever hope for!! I grew up with many dogs of all ages and breeds, as well as plenty of cats. My history for working with dogs is very wide. Right out of high school I got a job at a doggie daycare and that was just the beginning of my journey. Since then I have; * worked in a humane society caring for dogs and cats (in good health and bad) * Worked at a different doggie daycare, in which I became the supervisor * Been a swim coach for dogs (for therapy and fun) * Hiked dogs (would hike up to 4 dogs at a time for 2 hours) * Been a clinical assistant and supervisor for a traveling vet company (referred vaccines to clients and helped hands on with the vet) * Worked as a receptionist at two different animal hospitals in Colorado
Reviews

Alex is an amazing dog handler. I can say that simply having my dog with her once a week for a few months led to a noticable improvement for on leash walking skills. Awesome communication and my dog always runs up to greet her for their day together.
Alex was absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond for the dogs, clearly a very capable dog watcher :) we will definitely be using her again. Can’t speak highly enough about her
Alex has loved animals all her life. She is amazing with them and connects well with all animals she has ever been around. You will not be disappointed with her taking care of your animals.
