Growing up in Italy surrounded by dogs, I developed an early and bond with animals. Up until a couple of years ago, I had a large dog, that I trained from puppy age. I understand the specific patience, strength, and confidence required to handle dogs safely. Whether it’s managing high energy on a walk or providing a calm environment for a senior pet, I treat every animal as if they were my own family. I am comfortable with basic training reinforcement and am highly attentive to behavioral cues, ensuring your pet feels understood and secure in my care.

Alessia took wonderful care of our dog, Kizie, for a full week while we were out of the country. Kizie has specific medication requirements due to her epilepsy, and Alessia followed all of our instructions carefully and consistently, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Kizie is a Malamute, so she comes with plenty of shedding and, being in a new environment, had a few accidents as well. Alessia handled everything with patience, care, and understanding. Most importantly, she took the time to walk Kizie, give her attention, and make sure she was happy and comfortable throughout her stay. We are very grateful to Alessia for taking such good care of Kizie and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and attentive sitter!

Pet care is a part of my daily life. I work from home, which means your pet will rarely be left alone. I offer a "presence-heavy" environment where your dog can nap at our feet while I work or enjoy frequent play breaks in between meetings. Because I am available all week, including weekends, I can provide a consistent routine.

Safety is my priority. In my home, I maintain a "paws-on-the-ground" policy, ensuring the environment is pet-proofed and free of hazards. When walking or visiting your home, I am hyper-vigilant about leash safety and surroundings. I believe in clear communication and will provide you with frequent photo and text updates so you never have to wonder how they are doing. Whether we are playing in the living room or out for a stroll, I focus on positive reinforcement and maintaining the specific boundaries and schedules you’ve already established for your pet.
A typical day
Our days are structured around companionship and movement. A typical morning starts with a walk to get the energy out before we "log on" for work. Throughout the day, your pet will enjoy a calm environment with plenty of head scratches and toy play during my coffee breaks. In the afternoon, we head out for a longer walk. The day is filled with consistent attention, ensuring your pet feels relaxed, supervised, and never lonely while you’re away.
