I work full time as a football coach, my job allows me freedom to come back home when needed to offer toilet breaks and walkies for doggies. I moved into Stratford around 18 months ago and don’t currently have my own! I’m looking to be the best friend whilst owners can gain some well earned freedom.

When caring for pets in my home, I ensure they have a comfortable, safe, and clean space to relax in. I provide regular walks for dogs, plenty of playtime, and maintain their usual feeding and exercise routines. I make sure to create a calm environment, where pets can feel at ease, with plenty of attention. If I’m caring for pets in their owner’s home, I follow any specific instructions given, from feeding schedules to preferred walk times. I also keep the home tidy, respect their space, and ensure the pet feels secure by sticking to their familiar routines. Whether at my home or yours, I treat each pet with the same level of care and attention they’re used to.

I’ll happily adjust to their needs to make sure they feel completely comfortable and cared for. I believe every pet deserves individual attention, and I’m committed to providing that. I’ll also make sure your home is well-prepared and welcoming for their stay, willing to take their favourite toys, beds, or any comfort items to help them feel at ease. My priority is to ensure they feel safe, loved, and right at home, while giving them all the affection they deserve.
A typical day
When I take care of pets, I like to tailor the activities to suit their personalities and energy levels. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on long walks or exploring nearby parks, ensuring they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. We can also play fetch, tug-of-war, or even work on some basic training exercises to keep them engaged. For cats, it’s all about keeping them entertained with interactive toys or laser pointers, or just spending time giving them some affection if they’re up for it. I always make sure to create a calm and safe environment, so they can feel relaxed and happy during our time together.

Hi! I'm Alessandro, a 30-year-old animal lover based in Stratford Upon Avon. I've spent most of my life around dogs and cats, so I understand their needs and personalities well. Over the years, I’ve trained dogs in basic commands and behaviours, ensuring they’re happy, well-mannered companions. I’m equally comfortable caring for cats, whether they’re the independent type or enjoy a bit more attention. With eight years of experience looking after a variety of breeds, I know the importance of adapting to each pet’s unique character and providing them with the care and attention they deserve. My husband and I recently booked Alessandro to take care of our dog. Although we booked his services on a very short notice he went above and beyond to try and help us. Furthermore, Alessandro was very welcoming and attentive to our wishes as well as of our dog's needs. More specifically, he sent us frequent updates while ensuring that our dog has lots of stimulation and exercise. He even gave him a small present when leaving which made our dog very happy. While we were away, we felt at ease knowing that he was taking good care of our dog and when we picked him up we could see that our dog enjoyed his stay. We would definitely rebook Alessandro's services again.
Alessandro is a wonderful, upbeat person who has a great love for all animals. He has taken take of my dog in the past and cared for her whilst I was on holiday. He is happy to dog sit overnight if needed. More recently he has supported with my two cats caring for them when I need him too. Alessandro is a animal lover and would certainly take the best care of people’s fur babies. I would highly recommend.
Alessandro has been an absolute lifesaver, looking after my two huskies Nova and Rivo while house sitting for us ☺️ From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable and caring hands 👏🏻 Huskies can be a handful, but Alessandro managed them brilliantly with patience, love, and plenty of energy! He kept us updated throughout, sending pictures and videos which was such a comfort. We came home to two happy, well looked after dogs and a spotless house. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Alessandro! X
