Dog lover near you!
I grew up in a very pet-friendly household. I've taken care of a wide range of pets from lovebirds, to cats, to hamsters, to snakes, to frogs, to fish, and many more. However, dogs will forever hold a very special place in my heart. I grew up with a Shiba Inu named Yuki who lived 13 beautiful years on this earth. Since her passing in 2022, I've chosen to fill that void she left through taking care of friends' and families' dogs whenever they need. After starting a new work-from-home job in January (2024), and accepting the fact that I am not yet ready to replace Yuki, I decided to sign up for Rover where I can extend my affection and appreciation for dogs all while furthering my professional endeavors.

Alessandra was absolutely wonderful! She was so so kind and communicative every morning and night she was babysitting our pup. She was very accommodating and I could tell she really cared for our baby. Schedule
I'm currently working a remote role that is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. There are no pre-planned restrictions, and each day looks a little different than the next. I do live with my partner who is a 4th year medical student at USC, so he is at school Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm, leaving me home alone during the day.

I do live in an apartment complex that's within a gated community. This is a pet-friendly building, and they have an abundant amount of space for dogs outside of the tower. We have a dog park that is fully fenced, as well as a lot of greenery to ensure there are many places for the dogs to roam about.
A typical day
I love making sure the dogs I watch have a fun and enriching experience. Whether it’s going for long walks, playing fetch at the park, hosting puppy play dates, or exploring new trails, I keep them active and engaged. For dogs who enjoy mental stimulation, I incorporate interactive toys and plenty of playtime. Of course, there’s always time for belly rubs, cuddles, and relaxation! My goal is to make every dog feel safe, happy, and loved while in my care.

- Please let me know if your dog has any health concerns, I have experience caring for senior dogs and am comfortable administering both oral and injected medications when needed. I’m more than happy to accommodate dogs with medical needs or high-maintenance routines to ensure they receive the best care possible.
