I structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get reliable, attentive visits and plenty of time for feeding, play, and companionship. A typical day is all about keeping your pet happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine—with plenty of love mixed in. Mornings start with feeding, fresh water, and potty breaks or litter box cleaning, followed by some playtime or a walk to burn off energy. Throughout the day, I mix in enrichment—whether that’s interactive toys, play sessions, or just quality companionship for pets who prefer to relax nearby. For dogs, that can mean walks, playtime, and lots of attention. For cats, I focus on play, enrichment, and affection on their terms (plus plenty of cozy cuddle time if they’re into it). I also make time for brushing, basic care, and any medications if needed. Evenings wind down with dinner, another walk or play session, and calm time so your pet can settle in comfortably for the night. You’ll also get regular updates and photos, so you can see all the fun and feel confident they’re in great hands.
