Pet care is a consistent part of my daily routine, not something I squeeze in. I structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get reliable, attentive visits and plenty of time for feeding, play, and companionship. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, which allows me to keep your pet’s routine as close to normal as possible. Because of my background in rescue work, I’m used to planning my days around animal care needs—whether that’s quick drop-ins, extended stays, or extra time for pets who need a little more attention. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to accommodate special requests, medications, or unique routines to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety and trust are at the core of how I care for every pet. Whether I’m in your home or hosting in mine, I focus on creating a calm, secure, and predictable environment. In a client’s home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s routine closely—feeding schedules, litter box or potty habits, medications, and favorite activities. I keep doors secured, double-check entry points, and make sure your pet is always accounted for. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. If caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, quiet, and low-stress environment with safe, pet-friendly spaces. Pets are supervised, never overcrowded, and introduced carefully (if applicable). I separate animals when needed to ensure everyone stays comfortable and safe. With my rescue background, I’m experienced in handling shy, anxious, or special-needs pets. I pay close attention to behavior and health, and I’m prepared to respond quickly if anything seems off. My goal is always to make your pet feel secure, loved, and as close to their normal routine as possible.

Information Alesia S. would like to know about your pet

Before I arrive, it’s important to know as much as possible about your pet so I can provide the safest, most comfortable care. Please share any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or past injuries, as well as feeding routines and portion guidelines. It’s also helpful to know about their personality—whether they’re shy, energetic, anxious, or have any fears (like storms, loud noises, or strangers). If your pet has any behavioral quirks such as leash reactivity, separation anxiety, escape tendencies, or specific triggers, that helps me keep them safe and stress-free. For cats, details about litter habits, hiding spots, and social preferences are especially useful. The more I know upfront, the better I can maintain their routine, avoid stressors, and ensure they feel secure, understood, and cared for while you’re away.

A typical day

A typical day is all about keeping your pet happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine—with plenty of love mixed in. Mornings start with feeding, fresh water, and potty breaks or litter box cleaning, followed by some playtime or a walk to burn off energy. Throughout the day, I mix in enrichment—whether that’s interactive toys, play sessions, or just quality companionship for pets who prefer to relax nearby. For dogs, that can mean walks, playtime, and lots of attention. For cats, I focus on play, enrichment, and affection on their terms (plus plenty of cozy cuddle time if they’re into it). I also make time for brushing, basic care, and any medications if needed. Evenings wind down with dinner, another walk or play session, and calm time so your pet can settle in comfortably for the night. You’ll also get regular updates and photos, so you can see all the fun and feel confident they’re in great hands.

Cat Rescue Expert You Can Trust

Pet care experience

I bring hands-on rescue experience into every pet I care for. As a cat rescue director, I’ve worked with everything from fragile bottle babies to shy, under-socialized cats and seniors with medical needs. I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring for subtle health changes, and creating a calm, safe environment for pets who need extra patience. What really sets me apart is my ability to read animal behavior and adapt quickly—whether that means giving a nervous pet space, engaging a high-energy puppy, or providing gentle, consistent care for seniors. I don’t just “watch” pets—I build trust with them. I also treat every home and pet like my own, keeping routines consistent, communication clear, and sending regular updates so you always feel connected and confident while you’re away.

Alesia is truly one of a kind. She has cared for my cats quite a few time and they love her. Her experience with rescue animals is immediately evident - she is calm, knowledgeable, an incredibly attentive to each animal's individual needs. It is clear she does what she does out of pure love and compassion; she has a purrfect heart of gold. I feel completely at ease trusting her, and my kitties clearly adore her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alesia to anyone look for exceptional, loving care for their pet/s.

"I highly recommend Alesia for pet sitting. She is extremely reliable and followed my cat's feeding and care routine to the letter. Even though my cat can be shy with new people, Alesia was patient and gentle, and they bonded quickly. It’s a huge relief knowing my home and pets are in such good hands. I will definitely be booking her again!"
