Alesha was very communicative and took great care of my dogs when I needed her after another sitter cancelled on me last minute. I would definitely book her again!

Alesha is an absolute lifesaver! ✨✨✨🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was my first time booking a dog sitter through Rover, and it turned into one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had—until Alesha stepped in and completely saved the situation. I had originally booked another sitter who met my dog three days before my vacation and seemed excited to care for him. She even picked him up five hours before my flight. But only two hours after I left, while I was already on the plane, she suddenly changed her mind. She claimed my dog was “extremely aggressive,” even toward me and my boyfriend, and demanded that I come pick him up immediately. I was devastated. I was already traveling and had no way to return. She contacted Rover customer support and made false claims about my dog, and honestly, the whole situation felt very unsettling and unprofessional. She also insisted that she would only care for him in my home, even though I had never met this person in my entire life and had already made arrangements for my dog to stay in her home. It left me feeling like something was very off and possibly a scam-like situation. Because of everything she said, Rover had to contact 12 different sitters, and no one was willing to help. We had no one to take care of him, and thank God Rover stayed on it for almost 14 hours trying to find a suitable sitter for my dog. Then I found Alesha around 8pm on extremely short notice!! Without hesitation, Alesha agreed to take my dog. She drove 40 miles in the middle of the night to pick him up from the previous sitter. From the moment she took over, I knew he was finally in caring and capable hands. Throughout everything, Alesha kept me updated, sent me pictures, and constantly reassured me that Bravo was doing great and in good hands. She truly went above and beyond to calm my nerves during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, the chaos caused me to miss my flight three times and ultimately cancel my vacation. Alesha even brought him to my house afterward. She continued reassuring me that everything was okay, which made me feel so much more comfortable. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and willing to go above and beyond, I cannot recommend Alesha enough. She truly saved the day, and I cannot wait to book with her again in the future. Thank you, Alesha, for taking such amazing care of my dog and for being there when I needed help the most. You are truly one of a kind! ❤️🐾

I absolutely could not have picked a better sitter! Alesha took care of my cats and my house for a week while I was out of the country. She respected my property and was extremely communicative, and really set my mind at ease. She went above and beyond what I expected in every way, did my laundry, cleaned out and organized my fridges, scrubbed out my filthy kitchen sink so it shines! My cats were sick when she came and one of them had lost weight. I came back to healthy cats and that one has obviously gained weight. My cats loved her judging from the pics she sent me. If you want the best, hire Alesha!

Alesha took very good care of our pups and our house while we were out of town for the holidays. She even made sure to run the dishwasher and put the guest bed sheets in the wash for us, which we appreciated! She also regularly provided updates and videos, and took the boys out on daily walks. They seemed to love her! There was a misunderstanding around what time to show up on the first morning (second day), leaving our boys home alone longer than they should have been, but all was good after that. This did cause a bit of a stressful scramble for us trying to find someone else to possibly fill in during that time which we were unable to do. Only reason for the 4 star. I know time gets lost around the holidays, and I would still recommend Alesha and will use her in the future.

Alesha was so fantastic! She took such great care of our Bernese mountain dog, Bruce. She completed logs of all of his snacks, meals, activities, etc! I have never had such a thorough report completed by a rover pet sitter! I was completely at ease with him in her care and I can’t wait to rely on her again in the near future.
