I have such a passion for animals and for doing something I love and care about. I am a fur lover who thinks that every animal deserves the best life. I do have a little weakness for giving treats so please let me know any dietary restrictions prior to my arrival. Having animals my entire life I am not hesitant to look or care for other creatures as well, anything from Guinea Pigs to actual pigs. Alesha took very good care of our pups and our house while we were out of town for the holidays. She even made sure to run the dishwasher and put the guest bed sheets in the wash for us, which we appreciated! She also regularly provided updates and videos, and took the boys out on daily walks. They seemed to love her! There was a misunderstanding around what time to show up on the first morning (second day), leaving our boys home alone longer than they should have been, but all was good after that. This did cause a bit of a stressful scramble for us trying to find someone else to possibly fill in during that time which we were unable to do. Only reason for the 4 star. I know time gets lost around the holidays, and I would still recommend Alesha and will use her in the future.
Alesha was so fantastic! She took such great care of our Bernese mountain dog, Bruce. She completed logs of all of his snacks, meals, activities, etc! I have never had such a thorough report completed by a rover pet sitter! I was completely at ease with him in her care and I can’t wait to rely on her again in the near future.
Alesha is my pups other mother. Sake is almost 17, so she needs extra reassurance that she is safe since her eyesight is fading. Alesha walks my dog regularly, but also stepped in as mom for two months last year when I was on a place every 4 days. Her love and compassion is why she is my go to person to take care of my best friend. Knowing that you have someone to love your pet as much as you do is important. I can travel for work knowing that Sake is in good hands.

My home is fully pet-proofed, with no exposed wires, harmful plants, or small objects that could be swallowed, ensuring a safe environment for your pet. I’m on a floor level with no stairs, offering easy access, and my fenced-in yard provides a secure space for outdoor play, with a screen door to let in fresh air while keeping your pet safe inside. All doors and windows are securely locked, with childproof locks where needed, to prevent any accidental escapes. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, with an emergency kit ready and a plan in place for any unexpected situations. Daily health checks allow me to monitor your pet’s well-being, while regular updates and photos keep you informed, so you can trust that your pet is safe and happy. If transportation is needed, I use pet-friendly, secure carriers or harnesses to ensure safe travel. For homes with multiple pets, I provide separate feeding and resting areas to avoid conflicts and ensure each pet’s comfort. Finally, I maintain a clean and hygienic environment, regularly sanitizing feeding areas, toys, and bedding, so your pet always has a healthy space to relax in.

A typical day with me is a blend of fun, adventure, and relaxation for your pet. We start the morning with a refreshing walk. For those who love to socialize or play, we might visit the nearby dog park for some off-leash fun. If they prefer a more relaxed pace, we might take a leisurely stroll or find a quiet spot to rest and watch the world go by. As the day winds down, I ensure your pet feels calm and comfortable, whether it’s through gentle brushing, some cuddle time, or a relaxing walk as the sun sets.
