Growing up in a home of cats, dogs and other small pets, I have lots of experience to offer. I’ve taken care of friends' pets for days at a time, making sure to have them feel as cared for and loved as possible. I'm used to high energy dogs (my 12 year old schnauzer-poodle mix still acts like a puppy), and as an active person, I’ll guarantee to give your pet plenty of exercise. I offer basic leash training, and I’ve cared for a wide variety of dogs and pets, including: - Puppies and senior dogs - Dogs with mobility aids - Reactive dogs - Large and small dogs - Bully breeds - Other pets, like cats and rabbits

Back in my hometown I lived in the country, so our pets would take advantage of the large outdoor property! My dog absolutely loves spending time outside while we do garden work and will never turn down playing some hardcore fetch. I’m happy to provide this type of fun for your pet as well!

Alena was so sweet and friendly that I instantly felt comfortable having her in my home and taking care of my cat, Tuesday. Alena was an excellent communicator, sent lots of nice photos and was really easygoing and flexible with the schedule. Plus, my cat was super chill when I arrived home, and I felt she was well taken care of by Alena. Would absolutely book again!
Alena is so accomidating and will do anything for my boy Oakley. She is willing to care for my pup even with a few days notice. She is so reliable I know Oakley is always in good hands when Alena is around. Its always a lovley surprise to come home and have Oakley show me a new trick that Alena has taught him. Oakley gets so excited to see Alena every time she comes by, his tail starts wagging as soon as he sees her car pull up and as soon as she walks in Oakley is on his back asking for belly rubs. Alena always treats Oakley with so much respect and is so patient with him even when he is super energetic. We love knowing that Oakley is in such good hands even when we can't be with him.
Alena always does a fantistic job taking care of my dog Kaida. Kaida is always so excited to see her and never wants to leave after the day with alena. Playdates with Alena and her dog Ceaser are always a highlight for Kaida, her tail is always wagging when Alena is around! There is no one I would trust Kaida more with than Alena, she has a true heart for animals and love my little Kaida as if she were her own.

Schedule
As I’m gradually returning to work after a year-long mat leave, I’m available on Mondays and Fridays for walks and drop in visits. I’m always looking to incorporate movement and exercise into my days whenever I can, so I’m happy to take along a furry friend to join me :) I would love to care for your pet on a consistent weekly basis!

- Give me a heads up if your dog has any special needs or if you have any requests for when your dog is under my care! It would also be great to know if they are high energy, leash trained, and whether they get along well with other dogs. I would also love to know whether your pet is good with babies, in case I need to bring my little one along with me! This is also helpful to know when I’m walking your dog, and how they interact with children.
