Alena was amazing with my dog, Rory. So friendly yet professional, she took the time to listen to everything I had to say about him which assured me they'd be ok. I got loads of updates and photos as requested and Rory seemed very happy with his little holiday. She was so great I almost want to be gatekeep

Alena boarded our cockapoo Clodagh, for a week, in her home while we were away on holiday. Clodagh is a shy and nervous dog but Alena won her around and looked after her very well. She sent us very regular updates and photos of Clodagh which made us much more relaxed about boarding her our for the first time in six years. Alena is friendly and effervescent.- you can see why Clodagh became so fond of her so quickly. We will definitely use Alena again and I have no hesitation in recommending her to other dog owners looking for a caring environment to leave their pet whilst away on holiday.

Schedule
I am currently working full remote, I work 9-5 but very flexible hours so can take pets out frequently if needed. I enjoy going out for walks by myself as working from home can get a little boring, which is a great way for both of us to get some fresh air and exercise. Throughout the day, I can give time for play and grooming to keep them engaged and healthy. I ensure they receive consistent attention and affection.

I have a unfenced garden attached to the car park of my flat but also have smaller fenced parks 2 minute walk away. I am to make your pet feel at home. Totally understand that a change in environment can be stressful for some animals, so I'll do everything I can to make them comfortable. I also want you to feel confident leaving their pets in my care. I will always provide regular updates and pictures to keep you informed about your pet's well-being. Happy to talk through any extra care your pet needs and discuss how to go about it! I have taken care of my family’s, neighbour’s, and friends’ pets often so have various experience in petsitting in my house and others!
A typical day
I live near Alexandra Parade so go there for long walks and run, lots of space to play and interact with other dogs or even do some training. We'll go on walks and explore the neighborhood to ensure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. For dogs, I'll organize play sessions with fetch, tug-of-war, and interactive toys to keep them entertained There are also a few fenced parks close by to let any dogs of leash and play free and no need to be wary of anyone else as its open enough to see. I enjoy going on hikes so often will take any dogs with me as I go For cats, I'll provide stimulating toys, like laser pointers and feather wands, and create cozy spots for them to relax and enjoy. Additionally, I'll make time for cuddles and affection to ensure they feel loved and secure There are cats and other dogs in the flats around so no restrictions on pets
