l have been around animals my entire life; I started volunteering at a pet shelter 15 years ago and have taken care of dogs and cats alike! I have looked after my family and friend’s pets and have been trusted to walk, feed, bathe, and entertain many different breeds! I have basic knowledge of animal behavior, which helps me make pets of all temperaments feel comfortable. Due to my background in the animal shelter, I know basic animal first aid. I have been an animal lover my as far as I remember, so I have a lot of patience, empathy, and love for all four legged friends. I have owned pets in the past and understand the importance of finding a caretaker that loves them like your own :)

We cannot recommend Aleksandra enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and took the time to understand all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding with multiple events, and she was so flexible, accommodating both her home and our Airbnb, which made everything seamless for us! We have a 10-month-old mini dachshund, a breed that requires extra care due to their sensitive backs, and Aleksandra’s experience and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. She also kept us updated throughout with messages and photos, which meant we never had to worry for a second. Our pup looked so happy and comfortable the entire time, and we know he was sad to see her go! We only wish we lived closer so we could book her all the time!
Aleksandra came to the rescue for us this past week when we had to attend a family baby shower up in Long Beach — and she was phenomenal. She took amazing care of our boxer, Bella, and our corgi/Chihuahua mix, Calvin. On Sunday while we were away, they got park time, cookies and treats, and plenty of love and attention. Bella got to chase her ball and hunt her lizards — basically her perfect day. Aleksandra stopped by around 11–11:30 AM and came back again at 2:30 PM, sending us updates both times, which we really appreciated. It gave us total peace of mind knowing our pups were in great hands. We’re incredibly grateful she took time out of her day to help us, and we’re absolutely looking forward to using her again in the near future.
This was my first time leaving my puppy, Nala, with anyone, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took such great care of Nala and made sure she was comforted the entire time while I was away. She kept me updated regularly, which really helped put my mind at ease, and it meant so much knowing Nala was in such good hands. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she watches. I’m so grateful for the love and attention she gave Nala for the week. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!
She was amazing in taking care of my dog, she was so patient and within minutes of meeting her, my dog felt so safe and comfortable around her. She knows exactly how to take care of her and I would highly recommend anyone to have her take care of her. I felt so safe knowing that my dog was going somewhere where she felt comfortable. I got consistent updates and never felt that my dog was far away. Whenever she needed advice she wouldn’t hesitate to ask and know exactly how to get her what she needed. 5/5 stars!
Aleksandra and her husband were amazing to our two dogs. Gave them all the loving and attention they needed. I’m sure our dogs felt like they were on vacation. Aleksandra goes the extra mile. She takes them on long walks so they got plenty of exercise. Always wants to know as much as possible about our dogs to make their visit as enjoyable and easy as possible. Definitely will use again next vacation. You won’t go wrong asking her to watch over your furbabies. Thank you guys again!
Aleksandra did another night of being a great pup mom with my dogs! She provided walks and puppy park time with them. She really focused her time and energy in caring for my dogs. When utilizing the diapers on my pups, she even washed them before I picked them up! That is above and beyond which she didnt need to do. But, was appreciated. She totally dedicates care in watching your pets! Overall, very pleased and happy that my pups had a great time. Aleksandra did address some accidental behaviors and thanked her for those as they are important to me. But overall, she did indicate they were behaved, good pups. Very satisfied with Aleksandra and would recommend her.

Schedule
I work part-time and I work from home so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I am available all week (mornings, afternoons and evenings). Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine.

I have no problem coming to your house to take care of your pet! Whether it’s feeding, brushing, giving meds or just hanging out. I will make sure that your pet is well taken care of and feels loved.
A typical day
Pets are individuals, as are people. I would ask the owners what kinds of activities, games their pet enjoys, and go along with those. The key is to tailor the activities to the pet’s individual personality, energy level, and needs. I’d play fetch or tug-of-war - dogs often love playing interactive games like these that allow them to use their natural hunting and play instincts. I could also take a dog to a dog park - if the dog is social, a trip to the dog park can provide plenty of exercise and stimulation through interaction with other dogs. The other idea is to provide mentally stimulating toys - puzzle toys, chew bones, or food-dispensing toys can keep the dog's mind active when they're not playing. Sometimes pets just want some quality bonding time with their caretaker. Cuddling on the couch, relax together and give a pet lots of pets and attention can be very pleasant for them.
