Health & Wellness: Are they up to date on all vaccinations and flea/tick prevention? Please also detail any medication schedules (pills/liquids). Energy Levels: Are they 'fetch fanatics' or more of a 'couch potato'? This helps me plan our backyard time. House Manners: Are they crate-trained, and do they have any specific quirks like 'counter surfing' or being vocal when they see a squirrel? Health History: Do they have any triggers or physical limitations I should be aware of? Note: I am unable to host dogs with severe separation anxiety or aggressive tendencies, as I aim to keep a calm and happy home environment.
A typical day
Fun is a major part of the stay at my house! Because I have a huge backyard, your dog won’t just be going for a walk—they’ll have the space to really run. My favorite activity is playing fetch, and I love taking 'play breaks' throughout my workday to get outside with the dogs. For dogs that prefer a more relaxed pace, I offer plenty of mental stimulation through backyard sniffing adventures or just lounging in my office while I work. Whether it’s high-energy sprints or belly rubs during my lunch hour, I make sure every pet gets the specific kind of attention they enjoy most.
