Hi! My name is Alejandra and I love pets! Cats and dogs alike. I’ve taken care of pets (dogs and cats) since I was 12 and have had my own dog since she was a puppy. She recently passed and my love for pets have only grown. They are family and I want to make sure you feel comforted that your beloved pet is in good hands. I have taken care of animals on short timeframes, dropping in to check on them and take care of their needs along with in longer timeframes (housesitting and staying with them or hosting them in my apartment). I am really responsible and recognize that each pet has their own habits, routines and preferences. If given instruction, I am happy to create a space for your pet where their routine and expectations are as they would be if you were home!

Schedule
I am a full time PhD student but work from home most days. Aside from classes, I can be flexible! I am happy to coordinate with you to find a time frame and frequency to care for your pet in ways that work for all of us!!

Knowing what you typically do in your home for your pet is key but given direction and instructions, I am confident that your pet will feel comfortable and loved while also being kept safe and cared for! I recognize how big of a role that pets play in our lives and how much we love them! I want to provide your pet the best care and attention possible so that they are happy and well.
A typical day
Big fan of long walks (or even going on runs) with doggos! Love having a partner to check out the amazing trails around. Also happy to play fetch with them and get some energy out while you’re away!
