Cat & bird mom, who loves dogs 🐶
Experience taking care of dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fishes and even plants🌿. Worked in a doggy daycare for 2 years, in which I walked 100’s of dogs, took care of over 30 dogs at once as well as other animals like cats, birds and others. In the daycare I made sure dogs were fed at proper times, adequately corrected their behavior and did basic training exercises such as sit, stay and shake. Gave baths to dogs of all sizes and helped groomers with difficult dogs and cats. Did home visits to feed pets, cuddle, play and clean litter boxes. Dropped off daycare dogs to their homes and made sure pets had fresh water and food. Currently the proud parent of 4 cockatiels and 1 cat.

I have experience walking hundreds of dogs and along the way I learned about the various ways to keep a dog safe during their walk, such as the correct way to hold a leash, making sure the dogs would listen to my commands . I also did multiple home visits where I made sure the doors were properly locked, made sure the pets were eating, not injured or sick and would always send the owners videos and pictures of their pets during my visits.

Alejandra is the very best!
Alejandra was amazing! She really took the time to get to know our two cats and what they individually needed while we were away. Alejandra followed all of the (very specific) instructions we gave her & even brought toys with her when she came for her drop ins which our cats loved! She was extremely communicative the entire time & responsive whenever we had any questions. We also really appreciated all the adorable photos and videos we would get everyday! We will definitely be using Alejandra again in the future.
As always, Alejandra did a stellar job taking care of our boys. She spends a lot of time playing with them and giving pets, and they are obviously well cared for in our absence. We feel so lucky to know Alejandra is checking on them and getting her pictures and updates.
This was our second time with Alejandra, and our cat continues to love her at least 10x as much as he does any of us. He’s incredibly happy and cuddly in the many photos and video she sends after every single visit, and the long and very detailed paragraph she writes each time is far more than our kid’s daycare ever did. I basically want to plan all future trips around her availability.
Alejandra is beyond fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again (as you can see by our number of repeat bookings). One of our cats had an issue with his ear and she even swung by the vet’s office to get him medication - and managed all of it. Seriously, we love her and trust her. What more can I say? Thank you!
Alejandra has been great with my 3yr old dog! He can sometimes pull on the leash and be a little garbage hunter but Alejandra always keeps me up to date with lots of pictures and summaries of their walk! Highly recommend her

I am currently working part time as a Spanish tutor and have a lot of flexibility and time to walk your dog or visit your pets in your house.
