I just finished school and currently work as a waitress for about 4 hours a day, which leaves me with plenty of free time. I’m looking to spend those off-hours doing something I genuinely love caring for pets. My schedule is really flexible, so I’m able to fit in walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the day and week. Whether you need regular visits or last-minute help, I’m happy to make it work around my shifts.

When I’m caring for pets in my client’s home, I follow their routine as closely as possible so their pet feels safe and comfortable. I stick to feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any special instructions you leave. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality whether they’re playful, shy, or extra cuddly and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and reassurance while you’re away. I also respect your space by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly how you left it. When caring for pets in my own home, I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can play and explore safely. My dogs are kept in my garage during visits so your dog has full freedom to roam in the yard or, if they are an indoor dog, stay inside the house comfortably. I already have two dogs and a cat, so I’m used to managing different personalities and making sure everyone feels safe and happy. Walks, playtime, and lots of love are always part of the day. No matter where your pet is, my goal is always the same: to keep them safe, happy, and loved just like they’re part of my own family.

Activities will depend on your pet’s personality, energy level, and preferences, but can include: • Long or leisurely walks around the neighborhood • Playtime in the yard or indoors with toys • Gentle exercise and exploration for senior pets • Training refreshers or mental stimulation games • Cuddles, pets, and lots of love for the snuggly moments • Interactive play with balls, ropes, or feather toys for cats • Socialization with other friendly pets (if safe and approved) My goal is always to make sure every pet gets a fun, engaging, and safe experience.

I’ve been caring for pets since I was 16, so I have years of experience with animals of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies and playful kittens to older pets who need extra patience and love. I currently have two dogs and a cat, and I’ve raised them since they were young, so I understand the attention, training, and care every animal needs. I’m an athlete and love going on walks, so I can keep up with high-energy dogs or take long, leisurely strolls with older pets. I’m also comfortable handling feisty or shy pets, and I always focus on building trust, keeping pets safe, and making sure they feel happy and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or just companionship, I treat every animal like family and adapt to their unique personality and needs. I can’t recommend our dog sitter highly enough! Alex takes incredible care of both my pitbull and my beagle, treating them like her own. My pitbull can be strong-willed and my beagle is full of energy, but she handles each of their personalities effortlessly.
