She communicated well, updated us on how the animals were doing, and followed all our instructions perfectly! Aleithia stayed with my reactive dog & provided updates as required. My dog even got sick a few times in the house and she had everything cleaned up and looked after as if nothing ever happened. Would recommend & will definitely be booking again.
My usual arrangement fell through less than a week before the August long weekend. I've never used Rover before, but gave it a go. Not only was Aleithia available, she came for a meet and greet before we left. I loved the pictured daily updates (in which she was always having cuddle time with Charlie). When we got home, it was exactly as we left it. Couldn't be more pleased.
