I am a teacher which means I have a schedule of working 7 am - 2:30 pm. I only live ten minutes away from the school I work at. I’m comfortable making visits or staying over night with your babies. I am also happy to board. I’d love to chat with you and plan.

If I’m visiting your home or staying over night, I will try my best to keep your pets on their routine. I will follow directions that you provide to prevent causing stress. I also like to send pictures or check-ins to pet parents, so they can see their babies. If I am boarding, we have a dog park and nice open areas of grass which is perfect for playing fetch. I do ask that pet owners provide their own harness/collar, food, treats, leash, dog bed (if they have one), food bowls, crate (if necessary), and toys. I like making my home feel like “home away from home” for doggies by incorporating their usual comfort items from their own home.

Please let me know if your pets have any behavioral issues, health needs, or special care that they may need! Additionally, please share details on how your pets do interacting with other animals! I promise I won’t judge as my main priority is making sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and happy! Important note for in-home boarding only (not applicable to house sitting or drop-in visits): If I’m boarding your pet in my home, I do require that you have an established primary care veterinarian and that you’re able to share your pet’s medical records. For my own records and for everyone’s safety before introducing them to my pets, I strongly prefer that boarding pets are up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick/parasite prevention, and that I know the date of their most recent veterinary exam. Thank you for understanding.

A typical day depends on each pet and their needs. Some dogs have higher energy and need multiple walks and frisbee time! Some dogs have lower energy and prefer to snuggle and watch movies together. I’m always happy to accommodate to each dog and their individual needs and interests.

I have over ten years of experience pet sitting for neighbors, family friends, or guests. While caring for the assortment of animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, and hogs, I have fed, watered, bathed, walked, played with, and grew close to all of them. I have experience with dogs and cats that are elderly, sick, blind, or deaf. I also have experience with dominant (aggressive) dogs and ensuring they and others are safe on walks. Additionally, I have experience with puppies and feel comfortable cleaning up accidents. I closely follow instructions and am comfortable administering medications. Lastly, I live in an apartment complex that has a dog park which I really enjoy taking dogs to run as they please and to throw a ball to. I can ensure you that I will love on your pets with snuggles. I will warn you though… I tend to spoil pets with treats and cuddles. I hope you choose me to care for your baby!

100% recommend booking with Aleisa! Trevor and her treated goose like he was their own dog and she went above and beyond to make Goose's experience a good one. Aleisa making premade frozen peanut butter kongs for Goose and her dog just shows how well prepared she is for any dog and the special care your dog will get staying with her! She also has her own dog that is super friendly and allowed for Goose to get his socialization and play out of his system. She sends updates of your dog walking, playing, sleeping, etc so you never have to worry about how your dog is doing. Great choice for your dog to stay at and highly recommend!
Aleisa was extremely attentive to detail, asking lots of good questions and following all my care requests and instructions. She was super friendly and flexible, and went above and beyond in making Hazel’s day the best it could be! Highly recommend!!

Aleisa is the best!!! She did an incredible job watching my medically fragile girl, including handling a situation that led to an emergency vet visit.
