I recently moved to the Valley View Apartments in Pottstown, PA. I work part-time at The Home Depot (6 minutes away). I have a BA in English from Stony Brook University in NY and I am returning to School this fall, part-time, to begin a new journey in Engineering. I love dogs and I would enjoy watching them and taking care of them. I have had dogs my entire life, and due to my recent move, this is the first time in my life I am without them in residence. Your dog(s) is free to go and sleep wherever they want in my apartment.

My dog, Oliver, is a gentle, sweet pup with random bursts of puppy energy. He suffers with epilepsy, which is where I gained experience administering (over fifty: not an exaggeration) pills a day to my dog. Our dogs and cats are free to go wherever they want at the house back at home and when they stay here at my apartment. Although I am not living with them currently, I believe taking them out either for a long walk or to the dog park for at least forty five minutes is essential.

Please let me know if your dog takes medication or has specific diet restrictions. You can let me know any preferences you have for your dog's recreation at anytime (this includes after you have dropped your dog off/I have begun sitting). I can take your dog to the dog park, on a long walk, a long hike, and/or to French Creek or a nearby (safe) swimming area. Just let me know and I would be glad to accommodate. Alec.
A typical day
Every day, I will take your dog out for 45 minutes plus for either a long walk or to the dog park (depending on your preference).

Pet care experience
I have lots of experience administering medication to dogs and cats and I am comfortable doing so. I am also comfortable watching puppies, who are not potty trained, and cleaning up after them. I have had many puppies in my life and cleaned up a lot of messes. Depending on your requests (and your dog's preference), I will take your dog on a long (2 to 3 mile) walk a day or to the dog park (probably in Pheonixville: on Longford Rd). A dog deserves to get all his energy out, and I do not charge more for walking them.

Alec is an extremely responsible person with a natural affinity for Dogs. He has years of experience with a variety of breeds and has a safe, clean, and spacious play area set up. In particular, he has experience with special needs dogs who require medication and other specialized treatment. I highly recommend Alec and would have him sit my dogs any day.
