Hey y’all 🐶 My names Alberto, and the cutie in the picture next to me is my fiancé Chance 🏳️🌈 We’re partners in life & on Rover too! Him and I are the perfect sitters for your fur-babies because we’ll truly love/care for them as though they’re our own thus insuring the best puppervision around! We're located in a residential area in the Historic Mitchell neighborhood, with walks to Kosciuszko Park and South Stadium within a block & and our completely fenced yard we’re perfect for all types of schedules. Combined, Chance and I have over 20 years in personal dog care experience & as well as two decades of costumer service/hospitality making us great hosts who will ensure comfort and professionalism! This is our second time booking with Alberto and Chance and we were glad to see that our dogs did well again. They are always attentive and give us updates and pictures while we were on our trip which was greatly appreciated. We are happy that we found sitters we can trust and feel comfortable leaving our dogs with.
Alberto and Chance took good care of our dog while we were on vacation. Meet and greet: Had some scheduling issues but went well once scheduled. Listened to recommendations as our dog can be a difficult greeter, and it went excellently. Intake: Asked lots of good thoughtful questions, somethings I hadn't even thought about. Finn was left in good hands. Stay: Sent lots of pictures and complimented our dogs behavior, and reassured us he was doing well while we were away. Pick-up: I think there were some communication challenges that occurred due to unexpected circumstances so I cannot reasonably deduct a star for that. However if we had a firm pickup this may have created some challenges. I imagine this was a fluke but wanted to share incase it becomes a trending issue. Overall went well and will consider re-booking in the future if it works.

Great experience! Alberto and Chance were were wonderful the entire time... very friendly, professional, flexible and great with communication. Very open to a meet and greet. They took great care of our dog, sent pictures and kept us updated. We highly recommend! Thank you again Alberto and Chance!!
