I'm Albert, and together with my partner, Cami, we've been travelling across Europe for nearly two years, caring for pets and homes full time. Although we're new to Rover, we're far from new to pet sitting. We have, over 15 years of experience, caring for animals and have earned, 20+ five-star reviews on TrustedHousesitters from happy pet owners who trusted us with both their beloved pets and their homes. We've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities, from playful puppies following training routines, to senior dogs needing extra patience, gentle walks, massages and daily medication. We also have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats and are comfortable taking pets to the vet or groomer whenever needed. Cats have a very special place in our hearts. We've looked after Maine Coons, Norwegian Forest Cats, rescue cats and many other wonderful personalities. We understand that every cat is different, and we always let them build trust at their own pace while making sure they feel safe, relaxed and loved. Our experience also includes caring for ferrets, horses, chickens, tortoises and other small animals, so we're confident adapting to each pet's individual needs and routine. We know that leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful. That's why communication is one of our biggest priorities. Before every booking, we create a WhatsApp group (if you'd like one) where we share regular updates, photos and videos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. We're also extremely respectful of every home we stay in. We treat every property as if it were our own, keeping it clean, tidy and secure throughout our stay. For us, pet sitting is much more than feeding and walking animals. It's about building trust, providing companionship and making sure every pet feels safe, loved and cared for while you're away. We specialise in caring for pets in their own home, where they feel safest, most comfortable and surrounded by familiar smells and routines. As full time pet sitters, Cami and I have spent the last two years travelling across Europe while caring for pets and homes, so we understand the importance of respecting each owner's space and following their instructions carefully. When visiting a pet for walks or home visits, our first priority is building trust. We never rush the process. Some dogs are excited to meet new people straight away, while others may need a little more time, patience and reassurance before feeling comfortable. During our first interactions, we take the time to understand their personality, body language and needs. Every walk is adapted to the individual pet, whether they need a calm walk, extra playtime, more exercise or simply a little companionship. We always follow their normal routines, including feeding schedules, medication instructions, favourite walking routes and any special care they require. Safety is extremely important to us. We use secure leads, pay attention to our surroundings and make sure every pet feels calm and protected throughout our time together. For us, caring for a pet means more than just opening the door and taking them outside. It means providing love, respect, patience and reliable companionship while their owners are away.

We’re Albert and Cami, a couple traveling full time while pet and house sitting across Europe. Pet sitting isn't just a side gig for us; it’s our lifestyle and our top priority. We’ve structured our routine to ensure every pet receives the attention, love, and care they deserve. Our days revolve around each pet's specific routine: walks, feeding times, playtime, cuddles, grooming, hygiene, and—most importantly—ensuring they feel safe and happy while their owners are away. We both work on online projects, which gives us a flexible schedule and allows us to spend plenty of time at home with the pets. As long as we have Wi-Fi, a laptop, and our phones, we can keep working while keeping your furry friends company all day long. We love the life we’ve built: traveling, discovering new places, and caring for wonderful animals along the way. To us, a happy pet means a happy home. - Before caring for any pet, we believe the more we know, the better we can provide personalised care. Before the first walk or visit, we like to learn as much as possible about your pet's personality, routine and needs. We ask about things such as: * What are their favourite activities? * Are there any fears, triggers or situations they find stressful? * What commands or words do they already know? * What is their usual walking routine? * Do they have any special needs, medication or preferences? * How do they normally react around other dogs, people or new environments? Every pet is unique, and understanding their habits and personality helps us build trust faster and make them feel comfortable from the beginning. We also love receiving any extra information you would like to share, even small details can make a big difference. Our goal is always to provide care that feels familiar, safe and enjoyable for your pet.
