Again thank you to Alba for another great critter care!! Alba takes great care of our 'kids' Duncan and Tessa the cats. I have lost track of how many times Alba has taken care of our furry kids. We will be booking two more times in the very near future. Hopefully many more times after that! We consider Alba a very good friend!

Alba tried very hard with our very difficult dog. There were a lot of challenges over her period of care and I commend her efforts. I am however a bit disappointed in the number of times she came way after the time scheduled. There was some flexibility in the times for sure, but more than once she came over an hour and thirty minutes after the time we agreed upon, and at least one of those times was after I specifically voiced my disappointment in the tardiness.

Fantastic service. Updates were thorough and thoughtful. Even went above and beyond and brought in packages and locked up our key safely for our return. We most certainly will ask Alba to come back!

If I could give Albamaria more stars I absolutely would. She has watched my dogs many times over the last three years and has always done a wonderful job. But on this most recent stay she proved just how exceptional she really is. Through my own mistake I accidentally locked her out of the house, the keys sitting uselessly inside. That meant she couldn’t access the dogs’ food, treats or water bowls. To make things even more complicated, I had added a new dog to the family since her last visit and my newest girl was very determined not to let anyone near the house. Despite all of that Albamaria didn’t miss a beat. She immediately problem‑solved, bringing food, toys and treats so the dogs wouldn’t go without. She checked in with me calmly and professionally as she always does and then she patiently worked with my newest (and extremely stubborn) dog over several days until she finally earned enough trust to get in through the doggy door. That kind of patience, intuition and compassion is rare. Her reliability is unmatched—she showed up, she adapted and she made sure my dogs were safe, fed, comfortable and emotionally supported despite every curveball I unintentionally threw her way. I trust her completely. I would 100% recommend Albamaria to anyone looking for a pet sitter who truly cares and who can handle anything that comes up. I will absolutely continue booking her for all future needs… this time with the keys properly handed off.
