I have a degree in veterinary technology and used to work in clinics and veterinary ER. I personally have three dogs, three guinea pigs a bearded dragon and am fostering a kitten. I take the care of animals to heart and cater my approach to each of their personalities. I can perform CPR if needed and am able to administer medications and help with any specialized needs. I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and can meet their needs. I also can manage exotic animals. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

Schedule
I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I keep my dogs on somewhat of a routine as I have semi high energy breeds. Though we do lounge around at home when they’re feeling lazy.

I treat all animals with the highest level of care whether it is my own pet or someone else’s. I have my eyes on the pets at all times both inside and outside of the home. I worked in the veterinary field through college and retired in 2024. All that knowledge stays with me and I continue to stay up to date on animal care.
Pets
A typical day
Since I worked from home typical day for my own dogs is heavy indoor play in the morning before breakfast to get their energy out. Normally a nap sometime after that and various play time throughout the day. We have a large yard for them to play in and a deck to enjoy the weather. If the temperatures not too terrible we will do walks around the neighborhood.

- If your pet has any medications/health matters that I should know about please let me know. One of my dogs is on medications daily so I am used to administering on a regular basis. Again I’m a retired veterinary assistant so I have no issues with any special attention needed for your babies!
