I have always treated my clients and their pets with the utmost care and respect. When your pet is in my care, I treat them as my own. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness is my top priority. Everything else comes second. I will do everything I can to make them feel comfortable and safe. I am on top of cleaning up your pet's messes and monitoring their wellbeing above all else. I will give them lots of pets and cuddles, playtime, and exercise. I keep them in their usual routine and spoil them with lots of love and attention. I will keep you updated on all the fun with lots of photos and videos! I want every pet to feel happy, secure, and well taken care of. I also want every client to have peace of mind by keeping an open line of communication at all times. I will treat your home and property with the utmost respect and care for it like my own. I always try to leave everything better than how I found it. I am happy to take out the trash cans on trash day, get your mail, water plants, and do whatever I can to maintain your household while I’m there. I will always go above and beyond by remaining flexible and accommodating to you and your pet's every need. I want to develop a long-lasting, professional, and mutually beneficial relationship. How long is your dog okay alone at home? What is your exercise routine for your dog? Does your dog have any behavioral issues? Does your dog have any allergies or food restrictions? Is your dog on any medications I should know about? Is your dog crate trained or do they prefer to roam? Is your dog ready for some fun in the sun?!
A typical day
When your pet is in my care, we will enjoy so many fun activities together! We’ll go on long walks, play with a favorite toy, practice positive reinforcement training with treats, have cuddle time, and take pictures to capture all the fun. Any favorite activities or local parks you recommend will be incorporated too!

Pet care experience
For over 10 years, I have been a reliable, trustworthy, and caring pet sitter/dog walker for friends, family, and neighbors. I have been working as a full time pet sitter for over two years now. Before that I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility. I have worked hands on with hundreds of pets and loved every minute of it! I have experience petsitting dogs and cats of many different ages, breeds, and sizes, including senior pets, puppies, and kittens. I have experience working with dogs who are blind, deaf, and have different special needs. I am dog CPR certified and also have extensive training in pet first aid. Caring for animals has always been my passion, and I love that it’s my full-time career!

We had Alayna complete overnights with our two pets and she was wonderful! She was kind enough to do a meet and greet with us before with short notice and after meeting with Alayna, we were comfortable having her watch our fur babies. She was communicative and sent photos while we were away, and she followed all the instructions we gave her. She was also kind enough to tidy up the space after she left. We really appreciate Alayna for stepping in last minute to help us out and doing a wonderful job!
We can’t thank Alayna enough. Our dog sitter cancelled with less than 24 hours before we were leaving town. Alayna was able to do drop ins for our senior dog at the last minute. She was so great with our sweet old dog. She did feedings, oral medications, and snuggles for us while we were gone. She sent lots of updates and pictures. We will definitely be booking with Alayna in the future.
