I have a part time job where I work 2-3 days a week, so I plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your dog! I love spending time with animals and caring for them; it’s as comforting to me as it is for them. My partner works from home, so he’s often here to spend time with the animals that stay with us as well.

I play with dogs a lot, fetch, tug of war, etc and treat them as if they were my own pet so they feel loved and comfortable. I have a fenced backyard if they need some outside time that is closer than a walk, but usually I take dogs on walks around the neighborhood or along nature trails, especially if they’re energetic. There are nature trails in walking distance from my house that most dogs seem to really enjoy.

If there are any special needs, such as feeding schedule, crate training, or medication, please let me know. If they sleep in a crate overnight, please bring your own crate, and some toys for comfort. I usually ask that a crate is brought for the stay just in case.
A typical day
We'll take walks around the block or to local nature trails. I'm happy to play fetch or tug of war with your dog; whatever their favorite game is, let's play!

My name is Alayna, and I love working with animals. I am nurturing, playful, and will give my full attention to your pets needs! I've grown up having dogs, and have a dog of my own named Shiva. I am happy to befriend your pup and provide outstanding service! I will make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved, as if they were my own. We'll play, go on walks, and become the best of friends. Alayna was amazing with Yogi. Her calm manner relaxed him right away. Her dog Shiva and Yogi quickly became buddies. Alayna understood Yogi as a 13.5 year old dog and his special diet needs and she kept a close eye on him and communicated regularly so I wouldn't worry.
