Availability
I’m currently working full time, 4 10hr days so my availabilities are Thursday-Saturday for dog walking. Sunday-Saturday for check ins! I’m hoping with time I can expand my hours and offer more availability!

My dog Arrow loves all and any animals, I can bring him with me to play with your pets and keep them comfortable and happy! Working at the shelter I’m very diligent at monitoring the animals and will make sure your pet is kept safe, and if I have any concerns I won’t hesitate to reach out.

Please don't hesitate to let me know ANY important info about your pet being medical or behavioral. I understand and am comfortable working with more temperamental animals as well as giving medication.
A typical day
I love to engage with the cats and dogs physically and mentally! I usually will take a dog for an hr or two on a long walk, preferably somewhere where they can gets lots of sniffs in! I also will work with them asking them simple commands and clicker training to get mental stimulation. For cats I love enrichment, whether turning on a livestream of wildlife for them to watch, playing with them with toys or using puzzle toys! If they prefer to hang out and just have someone there, I’m okay with that too :)

I’ve taken care of and loved my own animals growing up, I have my own dog and two cats who I love dearly and work at the local Humane Society where I take care of 50+ dogs and cats on a daily basis!! I’m very experienced with behavior, giving medicine, you name it!

Alaska did a great job caring for my two cats when I was away! She checked in on them each morning, and send me updates and pictures. I felt totally at ease leaving my two most prized possessions in Alaska‘s care! If you are looking for someone who loves animals and is responsible and reliable-Alaska is the perfect person.

Where can I start?!?! Alaska is absolutely amazing. She comes to my home when my girl is all by herself and rescues her from loneliness to enjoy her company. My girls get so excited when she hears her coming up the stairs and greets Alaska with lots of hugs and kisses. Sometimes I’m jealous of how happy my girl gets and I think she loves Alaska more than me. She takes her out for walks, rides, playtime, and she even gets special doggy ice cream dates. And let’s not forget to mention a nice doggy bath. She updates me with pictures daily and just melts my heart to see she’s so happy. She has even made a run to my house when I was stuck at work and worried about my girl when it wasn’t her scheduled time. She sat at my house with her, hand feeding her to get her to eat. She really shows love and compassion for animals and I was so lucky to have found her. She has given me great advice when I’ve questioned things going on and always had an answer.
