*I am currently only accepting bookings for cats due to my work schedule.* I treat every animal I sit like they're one of my own. I love getting to know new animal friends and each of their special personalities. I am currently a cat owner, and I grew up with dogs my whole life until I moved out on my own. I also have experience with other small pets, like rabbits, snakes, rats, and lizards. I've been pet sitting on Rover for over 10 years.

I will take the utmost care of your pet's safety while I am in your home. For dog walks, that means the leash is always secured before opening the door. At home, that means devoting all my attention to your pet and being mindful to keep the environment free of any potential hazards to them.

Alannah was fantastic! I have a 19 year-old cat and had to be away longer than usual so I was a little nervous to leave him but Alannah provided great care for him and kept me updated regularly. I have found my new cat caretaker and will absolutely hire her again when I need to be away. I can not say enough good things; she did an excellent job!!
Alannah is a treasure. She watched our two dogs for a week. She went above & beyond care, for one of our dogs who needed some medical attention. Our home was spotless when we returned!!! She removed the stressfulness of finding reliable dog care when wanting to leave them for a few days. 🫶👏👏👏🫶

Alannah looked after our three cats 2x/day for a week. Two of the cats are very shy. After the first visit, they were comfortable interacting with her, coming out of hiding to be fed and for play sessions. Mid-way through the week, two of the cats were waiting for Alannah at the door when she arrived. Alannah sent me detailed reports on how the cats were doing twice per day, along with great photos. She got to know each cat's quirky personality traits. Alannah also let me know about any potential issues (a few barfs on the floor, nothing out of the ordinary). Alannah went above and beyond; for example, she emptied a litter box that was getting a bit stinky, even though I hadn't asked her to (thank you!!). The place was spotless when I returned, and the cats were happy and relaxed. I can tell Alannah played with the cats every day because they went straight to their play area when I got home. Alannah was amazing - she gave me such peace of mind on this trip. I will definitely hire her again in the future.
Alannah did an amazing job! She filled in for our previous dog sitter when she had to cancel on short notice, and responded to me SUPER fast when I was stressing about getting a replacement! She was always great about communicating with us, and was really flexible for the times we needed. She watched our two dogs for a week, and took very good care of them. They were safe, happy, and we received plenty of check in’s/updates! 10/10 would book again!

Schedule
Besides pet sitting, I work full time and am out of the house about 10 hours a day M-F. If your pet needs frequent walks or check-ins on weekdays then I am likely not the best fit. However, when I am home and with your pet they will be my #1 priority, and I am happy to work with your pet's needs as much as my schedule allows.
- Alannah can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- Before I sit for a pet I need to know if they have any special needs (allergies, medication, food etc), and I also love to hear about what they like to do! Please tell me about their personality, any particular toys, games, treats, or activities they really enjoy so that I can tailor my sitting to them and make sure your pet feels happy and has fun while you're away!
