Hi, My name is Alanna. I have always loved animals and worked as a Veterinary Technician for many years. Part of that job involved taking care of animals that were boarding at the veterinary hospital. I would give boarders food and water, medicate any that needed it, walk the dogs several times a day, and change litterboxes for cats. If your pet has any special medical needs please consider me to take care of him/her. I live in the Greenhaven/Pocket area of Sacramento. I took care of pets boarding at veterinary hospitals I have worked for. This included walking dogs several times a day, feeding and giving fresh water as needed, giving any medications needed, cleaning cages/runs, and bathing before going home if requested by owner. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. As a child, we never had a dog because my mother is allergic. When I was about 10 years old, I found a dog and brought it home. We were not allowed to keep it, so I walked around our neighborhood asking if anyone recognized it. Eventually, I found the owner and returned the dog. I took care of my sister's dog after high school when she moved to Reno. As a Veterinary Technician, I took care of dogs at work and adopted one that had been injured. I have also done dogsitting for my brother's family. My experience administering medication Definitely. I gave all types and doses of medication in my work as a veterinary technician.
