We booked six visits over 12 days for our two 15 year-old cats while we went to CO for Thanksgiving. When Alanna came to meet the cats she asked if she could introduce us to her friend Ricky “ because he fills in for me if anything happens and I can’t get there“. Turns out that all the visits were made by Ricky. Alanna never came out. He did come on the scheduled days, but did not scoop litter boxes on first visit; when I called to find out why he said they “looked OK and was going to scoop them when he came back two days later.” Also did not replenish litter in boxes after scooping or use available Dustbuster to clean up what he spilled when scooping, so we came back to boxes with very little litter, litter all over the mat around the boxes, and dried throw up next to the litter boxes. He did keep the food and water replenished, for which we were grateful.

Alanna took good care of our kitties and was a great comfort while we were away.
