Animals are the greatest teachers
I've owned animals ever since I was born, including cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, and birds. I jokingly say I was raised by cats. I have been pet sitting for neighbors and friends since I was ten. Outside of that, I regularly volunteer at animal shelters and rescues. I've studied positive reinforcement for training animals. I adore animals. I currently live with a former street cat and a hyperactive Australian Cattle dog.

Alanna is absolutely amazing!! She took wonderful care of Roscoe and Remi. Roscoe is on a daily med and she made she he got that and got some loves! We will 100% be using Alanna again in the near future!
I know Alanna personally ( since 2004) and know how much she loves and cares for her animals! She is a kind and gentle person who is able to make “friends” with most any cat or dog. She also has experience with small birds! She has helped with our cats and we know we can trust her! If you need a kind, honest and reliable pet sitter, Alanna can do the job!
I have known Alanna for over 25 years, and if there is one thing that has remained constant, it’s her incredible bond with animals. Growing up with her, I’ve seen her care for a wide variety of pets, including multiple dogs, cats, and birds, within her own home. She doesn’t just have pets; she truly understands them and sees them as family. I’ve watched her hold various pet sitting jobs since we were teenagers, and her dedication hasn't wavered once in over two decades, even through her full time work in video game production. What really sets Alanna apart is how kind and empathetic she is. She has a natural way of making animals feel safe and loved. She also takes the responsibility of pet sitting very seriously; she isn’t just showing up to feed them, she’s making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own family, I cannot recommend Alanna enough! She is exceptionally patient with shy cats 🐈⬛ and she absolutely loves energetic puppies 🐶 💕.

Schedule
I pride myself on flexiblty and providing the best care for animals. I'm able to drop in any time during the week and weekend. I can visit multiple times a day.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I strive for at minimum 30 minutes of walking for dogs. I will take time to bond with animals with plenty of praise and affection to make the animals comfortably around me. I've own many rescue animals and know that some animals need extra patience and kindness to warm up to people.
