I believe pets are happiest and safest in their own familiar environment. My goal with every visit is to keep routines steady, stress low, and care gentle and consistent. In addition to lifelong pet experience, I worked for a year at a professional dog daycare and pet hotel, caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. That hands-on experience taught me how to read body language, maintain structure, and prioritize safety in every situation. Whether your dog is playful, shy, senior, or high-energy, I adapt to their individual needs while keeping their environment calm and secure. Because your pets deserve comfort, consistency, and care that comes from the heart, right where they feel safest.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, safety and clear communication come first. I prefer to schedule a meet-and-greet whenever possible to ensure routines, expectations, and instructions are clearly understood. I request written feeding and care instructions so nothing is left to memory or guesswork. I carefully secure doors, gates, and entry points at every visit and respect your home as if it were my own. I use client-provided supplies whenever possible and maintain consistency with your pet’s established routine. Dogs remain leashed in public at all times for their safety, regardless of training level. If I ever notice changes in behavior, appetite, or health, I contact the owner immediately and follow the provided emergency plan. My goal is to create a calm, structured, and secure environment so you can feel confident your pet and your home are in responsible hands.

Alanda has taken care of our two corgis several times. They love her and get very excited when they see her. She has taken them on walks for me while I was unable to walk due to a surgery and she checks in on them a cares for them when we leave town. They always are well cared for when we return and happy.
Alanda has watched my cat for me and she makes sure to show up on time and stay with my cat when she needs someone with her. She gets her feedings correct and is overall a wonderful pet sitter.

Programa
Pet care is a central part of my weekly routine. I currently work a flexible part-time schedule in the mornings, which allows me to prioritize drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting throughout the day and evenings. Because my hours are adjustable, I am often able to coordinate visits around your pet’s specific routine. I am typically available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with weekends open as well. I do request advance notice when possible so I can ensure each client receives thoughtful, consistent care. I value building long-term relationships with clients while remaining open to new families who need reliable, professional support.
