I’m new to Vancouver, ready to make some new four-legged friends! I have grown up owning and loving dogs since I can remember. I love everything from long walks and playtime to cuddles on the sofa! I’m bubbly, caring and responsible, and I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own. I’ve Irish and recently moved to Vancouver and would absolutely love to meet some new furry friends!

I’ll treat your home like my own and your pets like family! 🐾 I’ll keep to their normal routine, give them plenty of love, attention, walks and playtime, and make sure they feel happy and relaxed while you’re away. I’m also very happy to send lots of cute photo updates because I know how much you’ll miss them!

Alanah has been so awesome providing weekly walks for our dog Nelly! She makes sure Nelly has a great time and has been so reliable and flexible! She provides consistent communication and we are so glad to have her walking Nelly!

Alanah is a natural with dogs . She has looked after our Bernese mountain dog and Yorkshire terrier for the last 10 years. The dogs are always happy to see her coming . Alanah is caring and conscientious which obviously go hand in hand with taking care of people’s pets . Additionally , Alanah is very trustworthy and I was always more than happy to give her access to my home as well as taking care of my fur babies .
I would highly recommend Alanah as a dog walker. She is a genuinely caring, reliable and responsible person who has always had a real love for dogs. Alanah has plenty of experience with dogs, having had her own Bernese Mountain Dog, and she has always been naturally comfortable and caring around them. She has also minded my dog on a couple of occasions, and I was completely confident leaving my dog in her care. She is trustworthy, attentive and very loving towards animals, and I know she would treat any dog she was looking after as if it were her own. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Alanah for a dog-walking position.

Schedule
I have just arrived to Vancouver therefore I’m unemployed. I’m taking around 4 weeks off work before trying to find a new job. I will be very available to look after your dog/s every day at any time :) I will also want to continue doing this as much as I can when I do finally start another job in 4 weeks!

- I’d love to know anything that will help me make your pet feel happy, comfortable and settled while you’re away! 🐶❤️ Things like their usual routine, favourite walks and toys, feeding schedule, personality, likes and dislikes, and anything they’re nervous or sensitive about. It’s also important for me to know about any special care or needs, how they get along with other dogs or people, and any house rules you’d like me to follow. I’m always happy to chat beforehand so I can make sure I’m giving your pet the best possible care! 🐾 Let me know if your pet has behaviour that I can account for too!
