I will ensure we have the equipment we need to have a safe and fun walk. I do ask that owners leave all necessary gear such as harness/leash/poop bags, in one area by the door for easy access. I can crate your dog if needed. And can offer outdoor playtime in your fenced yard.

I love to walk the neighborhood and nearby parks. I am willing to work with you to find what walk and activity works best for your dog. I can play fetch or tug with your dog in a safe inclosed yard or in your home if needed.

Walking our dog, Penelope, can be tough because even though she’s so sweet and loving at home, she is leash reactive and can be difficult to handle. This was our first trip away after moving to the area so we were a little hesitant. But Alana was fantastic. We did a meet and greet, she handled everything with patience and kindness, took great care of Penelope while we were away and even checked in after. We are so so grateful and look forward to working with her in the future!

Alana is awesome! She took my two dogs out for walks while I was out of town. I have a boarder collie mix that can be leash aggressive and she handled him professionally (her dog has it also). I'd 100% recommended her!
Alana is literally the best dog sitter we've ever had. She is extremely responsible and reliable, is loving and attentive to the dogs' needs, and will truthfully follow any instructions or requests you give to ensure the dogs health, happiness and safety. She promptly communicates if she has any questions or concerns, and she has a genuine interest in getting to know your dogs and cares about their wellbeing. Over the last several years, I've hired Alana on multiple occasions for both short term and long term dog care at our house while we were away, and each time we return, both our home and our dogs are in a better state than when we left. Dogs are smart and sensitive - whether they have been walked regularly and plentifully, whether they received loving attention and had positive interaction, clearly shows up in the condition of their coat, mood, attitude and behavior, and I can assure that my dogs receive the finest care possible from Alana.
