🐕OUR SCHEDULE, SAFETY, TRUST & ENVIRONMENT All guest dogs must be a good house guest meaning no excessive barking, destructive behavior, or other problem behaviors🦮; All guest dogs must be consistently social with people and other dogs. We do not accept aggressive behavior in any aspect including food, toys, playtime, other dogs, and people🐕🦺: All guest dogs must be potty trained (NO potty pads and diapers training)🐩; We have a large, secure fenced-in yard that your dogs will love. There's plenty of space for them to run around and play with other dogs🐶; The dogs in our care have a daily playtime in our secured yard before settling in for the night. All the dogs sleep with us in our room and are allowed on our bed, sofas, or anywhere else they feel comfortable around the house🐕; Supervised indoor-outside play time and potty breaks every 0-2 hours, (weather permitting)🐕🦺; Available bowls, toys and beds for guest dogs to utilize in case you prefer not to bring any🐩; Meals are served according to your instructions, including treats and additional snacks. All guest dogs are fed separately during mealtime🐶; Fresh water is available at all times, both inside and outside🐩; and oral and topical medication administration as per your instructions, except for injections. Provide pill pockets if your dog has difficulty taking the medications🐶.

🐕IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOARDING 🐕 🐾Please don't forget to complete or update your Rover profile with your vet records. There's no need to send us a copy. 🐾All dogs are required to be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. 🐾We watch Puppies (6mos and older) Age-appropriate vaccinations are required for puppies under 6 months of age. 🐾Canine influenza vaccines are recommended but not required. Please discuss this option with your veterinarian. 🐾All pets are required to be on heartworm medication, flea/tick preventative & must be parasite free. 🐾Intact males over the age of 3 months up to 6 months old are allowed on a case-by-case basis as long as there are no behavioral problems. (we do not accept intact males over 1 year old). 🐾Intact females are not allowed after 9 months OR after their first heat cycle, whichever comes first. It is the owner's responsibility to determine if and when the dog is in heat. We cannot accept Females in heat at ANY time.

Our top priority is the well-being and peace of mind of the dogs already in our care — Because we are not a traditional kennel and the dogs have full freedom to roam throughout our home, introducing unfamiliar people creates stress and excitement, which often leads to excessive barking and disruption. For this reason, we’ve decided to discontinue in-person visits. If you’re looking for highly exclusive, one-on-one care, our home-based setup may not be the best fit. We recommend starting with a daycare booking. This gives your dog a chance to experience our environment and helps us both see if it’s a good match. We kindly ask that you message us when you’re en route and provide an estimated time of arrival. Knowing your ETA ⏰ helps us make the transition smooth and stress-free for everyone — especially the dogs. Thank you for understanding and for helping us maintain a calm environment and for trusting us with your furry loved one!
