Man serves: feed play pick up poop
Pet care/self-care, all beings need this. Animals have a sovereign spirit, and domesticated animals depend on us. I may be in touch with another person or animal in play and work. When I think "I'm on a walk,” the dogs is on tour of neighborhood messages on bushes, trees, concrete. I know about “time to play,” or “gotta pee” messages. I bring: honesty, alertness, openness, confidence, respect and mutual understanding. I practice these with my human and animal friends. Thanks for reading. Recently I asked Alan Kelly to dog sit for Bumbles when I was called away on business. My trip took longer than expected and Alan did not hesitate to volunteer the extra two nights. He fed, walked and cared for dog and was enthusiastic about it. Bumbles and I actually shed a tear when he departed.
Yes he is a very loving person. Being his son I have seen him take care of numerous dogs in a gentle and kind fashion. They all seem to like him as well. Alan is also very playful and loves the outdoors.
Alan is a very caring person who is gentle and compassionate but can also be assertive when necessary. He cares deeply about safety issues and makes sure that everyone is safe (dogs and humans). Alan has an abundance of energy and can be very physical (running and long walks), playful and spontaneous. He and I own an Akita which is where I observed firsthand the above qualities which are necessary for a responsible dog walker/sitter.
