Pet care experience
I worked with Rover for nearly 7n years previously and I'm starting back to again after 4 years away. I've learned a lot over the years of doing this some lessons the hard way. My house and yard is well suited for mellow dogs who aren't an escape risk. It's a front yard facing yard with a 4 foot fence. I strive for your dogs to be a at home here as they feel at home. My area is full of excellent areas for walks.

Alan was incredible! My flight was delayed by 4 hours and he made the experience much less stressful knowing my dogs were in good hands
I booked about a month in advance. Alan did not feel the need for a meet and greet. I drop off my pup to his house where his girlfriend takes him in. Not ten minutes after drop off, on our way to the airport, I get notified that he has to cancel because it's not going to work out. I ask for a call to understand, but he was unavailable. So I turn around, pick up my dog, and scramble to find last minute alternate care which ended up costing more than the original booking and Rover will not help cover the costs.
Last minute booking. Fast response and our fur baby did great with Alan.
