Information Alaknanda K. would like to know about your pet

It's really important to know a few things about your pet ahead of time to provide the best care possible. Here’s what would be helpful to know: 1. Routine & Preferences: Does your pet follow a strict feeding schedule? Any favorite toys or activities that keep them happy? Knowing their daily routine helps keep things consistent while you're away. 2. Behavior & Temperament: Are they social with other pets or people? Do they have any fears or anxieties (like loud noises or being left alone)? This helps in knowing how to manage their comfort and avoid stress. 3. Medical Needs: Does your pet have any health conditions, medications, or special dietary restrictions? It’s important to know if they need any special care or attention to stay healthy. 4. Training & Commands: What kind of training have they had? Are there specific commands they respond to? This can help maintain consistency, especially for puppies or dogs who are still learning. 5. Likes/Dislikes: Are there any things they particularly love or dislike (like certain foods, toys, or activities)? Knowing this ensures they have a positive experience. 6. Emergency Contacts: It's always helpful to have your vet's contact info and any emergency procedures in case something unexpected happens. Knowing these details helps create a smooth, comfortable experience for your pet, so they can feel safe and happy while you’re away!

A typical day

There are lots of fun activities to keep your pet happy and engaged! Here’s what’s on the agenda: 1. Interactive Playtime: Whether it's fetch, tug-of-war, or playing with their favorite toys, there’s always something fun to keep them active and entertained. 2. Daily Walks & Nature Adventures: Exploring new paths or visiting dog-friendly parks for some fresh air and exercise. 3. Training Games: For puppies or dogs who need some structure, basic training is made fun and rewarding with treats and praise. 4. Cuddles & Snuggle Time: Not every activity has to be active! Quiet moments of snuggling on the couch or in their favorite spot make them feel loved and relaxed. 5. Puzzle Toys & Enrichment: Keeping their minds sharp with puzzle toys or treat-dispensing games that provide both fun and mental stimulation. 6. Special Treats or Fun Baths: Spoiling them with a tasty treat or giving them a nice bath if they enjoy it—whatever makes them feel pampered! Everything is tailored to what your pet loves, so they’ll never be bored!

Zelda has had a great weekend! Alak sent me photos and updates regularly and I very quickly realised that Zelda was in excellent hands and I could relax and not worry about her. Zelda also has a new friend in the couple’s own little sausage dog, Aiko. I am so happy to have found such a caring family that obviously love dogs. Zelda will definitely be going back for another sleepover!
