Please let me know if your animal has medical needs that require specific care or if they are reactive. We can always schedule time in advance of me watching your pet to ensure that we’ve throughly reviewed how to care for their medical needs or how to avoid their triggers.

It’s important to me that pet parents have updated on the adventures their animals have with me. For walks, I complete Rover cards which highlights where we walked, whether they used the bathroom, and includes a photo of your pet. For drop-in visits, I complete Rover cards include details of whether your pet used the bathroom, ate a meal or snack, details play, and includes photos of your pet. For overnight bookings, I provide check ins at least daily (or more if you prefer!) that includes what we did together (walks, meals, play, etc.) and photos of your pet.

I started watching neighbour's dogs and cats about 15 years ago and have been offering services on Rover since October 2024. I love spending time with animals in the comfort of their homes and in the outdoors. I am happy to take your animals on walks, hikes, runs, play with their favorite toys, lounge around the house, or do whatever they like best!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Alaina! She took such amazing care of our dogs, Oreo & Sadie, over the weekend of our son’s wedding. Knowing they were safe, loved, and well cared for gave us complete peace of mind so we could fully enjoy such a special and busy weekend. Alaina kept us updated, treated them like her own, and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and comfortable. Oreo & Sadie absolutely adored her! We are so grateful for her kindness, reliability, and care, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their pets.

Alaina is amazing! So friendly and nice to chat too.We traveled to the West Coast to ski and didn't want to leave our 2 dogs alone. Alaina came to our condo to keep our boys company while we hit the slopes. She sent us lots of updates and pictures throughout the day😊
Alaina is most caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter! she was absolutely amazing with my dog! I received daily updates and pictures of Cosmo while I was away, which gave me total peace of mind! he felt very comfortable & safe! Cosmo will definitely love to see Alaina again!
