I have walked, boarded, and cared for dogs and cats of all kinds for 10+ years. From the city to the country. I understand the need for pet care in Juneau and wanted to offer my services here after being a part of the community for 4 years. I know Juneau trails well and have great connections with Juneau vets. My profile states that I do not have a child, I have tried to change this. As of July 2025 I have a 6 month old.

My dogs are my first babies before I had children. I knew one day when I decided to have children, I wanted my dogs to feel loved so they would be loving to my future children. Because of that, I was and still am very picky when it comes to who I allow around my dogs. For 5 years, Alaina has been so good to my dogs, KC and my dog who has since passed, Henry. She is a safe and gentle person who loves big. She would play, cuddle, feed, train and take my dogs on walks. Now every time she comes to see my dog, he already knows her as family. It's really wonderful and special to see their bond after all this time. KC loves big but he doesn't have a special bond with anyone else I know like he does with Alaina. She is his family and still gets very excited every time I say her name. I don't trust anyone more to be with my dog than Alaina.

Schedule
I currently work part time as a substitute teacher and have plenty of energy to commit to caring for your pets. I have the weekends to board your fur babies as well.

I have about an acre of unfenced land with a little pond and a friendly, playful dog that will keep your pet company. I will be accommodating however you need to know your pet is safe and comfy.

A typical day
We will go on three walks a day at least! Other than that sit outside and they can chew sticks or play fetch :) With cats, we have cat toys and scratching mats :)
